Michael Than is the Founder of DirectQM, Inc., a mortgage company specializing in residential mortgages. With over 22 years of experience in the industry, Michael has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in underwriting loans on both the bank and broker side.

Throughout his career, Michael has helped countless individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership by providing them with the guidance and resources they need to secure a mortgage. Michael is a graduate from California State University, Hayward where he earned his degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. He is also a licensed mortgage broker and holds several professional certifications and licenses in the field.

In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and coaching his fellow Relators and Loan Officers to excel in the field.
